The site includes 958 acres of available land just north of Harrodsburg, with immediate access to US Highway 127, a four-lane divided highway and a designated truck network that has capacity for freight truck traffic. It also has easy access north on US 127 to the four-lane divided Bluegrass Parkway, Interstate 64 and Interstate 75. Commercial air travel is available 30 minutes away at the Blue Grass Airport in Lexington. The western boundary of the site is served by two miles of Norfolk Southern Class I Rail, with the potential to serve over 1 million gallons per day of water and wastewater capacities. The site is served by multiple high-voltage transmission lines, and access to natural gas is available.
